About

Measurement advisors rooted in Warwickshire

Workspace Lagoon Hub Ltd is the official registered business name behind this practice. We were established in 2016 in Henley-in-Arden to help United Kingdom organisations understand what their releases actually changed.

Bright Warwickshire workspace used by the consulting team

Origin

The practice began when a small group of release managers and analysts grew tired of post-go-live meetings that ran on memory. In 2016 they formed Workspace Lagoon Hub Ltd to offer structured application analytics focused on release impact measurement — baselines, signal selection, and written briefings that survive a steering committee.

From a High Street address in Henley-in-Arden, the firm has worked with retail, membership, logistics, and public-sector teams that ship on UK change calendars and need calm evidence afterwards.

Mission

Help release owners answer four questions without theatre: what changed, what we measured, what moved, and what we will do next.

How we work with clients

We join for a defined engagement, borrow the telemetry and records you already trust, and leave documentation your staff can maintain. We do not replace your release managers; we sit beside them for the window where impact must be made visible.

Values that show up in the report

  • Honesty about instrumentation gaps.
  • Short signal lists over decorative dashboards.
  • Language that non-engineers can defend in a meeting.
  • Respect for change windows and the people on call.
